I was traveling with my wife and 3 grandchildren and blew my bearings on my front left wheel. We limped into Dyersville and I called the first place I could find. They got me right in and had me going within a coupe of hours. This place is top notch! They were sympathetic to my needs and didn't gouge me. If I lived in Dyersville, I know where I would be getting my cars fixed. Thanks for the great job and caring enough to get me down the road!

This is the second time I have had my Ford F350 7.3L diesel in for maintenance work. This family owned service facility is phenomenal. It is hard to find a service in this in this day and age that is as severely customer focuses as this center is. Jeff and his staff understand customer service and satisfaction to nth degree. When you take you vehicle into this facility you get to talk directly with the mechanic who is doing the work. No risk of commination breakdown in conveying fault symptoms. The organization also understands urgency and quick turn-around and prompt customer follow-up. Major auto companies should use this organization as a benchmark. I recommend that anyone coming to Dyersville for a temporary stay check in with this facility. Jeff and his staff are a good insurance policy in the event of an unscheduled maintenance event. In summary, this organization first class in all areas of customer service and customer satisfaction.
